Certificate Help
To receive your certificate, please ensure the following:
- you have completed the full assessment (not just the question at the end of each module)
- your assessment score shows after you submit your answers (you need at least 90% to pass)
- your email address is correct
- you have checked your downloads folder on your computer
- you have checked your email’s spam or junk folder.
Sometimes security settings on your device or computer can block downloads, especially work or classroom computers. Try using a different device or browser to complete the assessment.
